These terms apply when you buy from Paw Sportz (ABN 13 317 607 531), based in Bondi, Sydney NSW, Australia. By placing an order you agree to them, so please give them a quick read.

Our products

Paw Sportz makes original, fan-inspired football-style jerseys for dogs. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by FIFA, any national football association, league, club, or sportswear manufacturer. See our Disclaimer for the full detail.

Product photos are styled for display. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and as these are made for dogs, please check our sizing guide before ordering.

Orders

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once payment succeeds. Occasionally we may need to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or was listed with a pricing error, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We may update prices from time to time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.

Shipping and returns

We ship Australia-wide from Bondi. Delivery costs, timing, and returns are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Intellectual property

The Paw Sportz name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and aside from the consumer guarantees above, Paw Sportz isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our products are decorative apparel; please supervise your dog while it's wearing one.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
