Shipping

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We offer three delivery options:

• Australia — flat $5.00, and free on orders over $50.
• New Zealand — flat $15.00 AUD, also free over $50. (New Zealand is currently our only international destination.)
• Free local drop-off — if you're in Bondi, North Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bronte, Bondi Junction & Tamarama, we'll drop your order to your door, free of charge. Just choose it at checkout.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Australian delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; New Zealand a little longer.

Changed your mind?

No dramas. If your kit is unworn and in its original condition, send it back within 30 days and we'll happily refund you. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage, and we'll refund the cost of the item to your original payment method once it arrives back with us.

Faulty or not as described?

That's on us. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't as described, you're entitled to a refund or replacement, and we'll cover the return postage. Just send us a photo and we'll sort it out quickly.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@pawsportz.com with your order number and a quick note (and a photo if it's a fault). We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
