• Vercel — website hosting.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and measurement via the Meta Pixel.

Overseas disclosure

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including the United States (Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Meta) and Japan (Supabase). By placing an order you consent to your information being handled in those locations. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information stays protected.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, payment details are handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant), and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and tax obligations (generally up to 7 years). Abandoned-cart emails are kept only briefly. You can ask us to delete information we're not required to keep.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it performs.
